Athletes in preparation for Austria 2017 World Winter Games

With just a month to the Special Olympics World Winter Games, Uganda plans to send a team of 16 athletes in the competition that brings together intellectually disabled sportsmen from around the world. The team which is undergoing intense preparations in Mbuya- a Kampala suburb, will take part in floor hockey where it hopes to win gold, like they did back in 2013 world winter games in South Korea.
